2. ‘Benefit of the doubt’ - giving that unpleasant circumstance or interaction, the benefit of your doubt can work wonders too!
3. Listening - actually listening and not just hearing. Requires more than your ears to be attentive. ‘Tis still a work-in-progress for me!
