Amazing!!! Want to try to adopt aunties advice that , make a person happy by doing little with words of appreciation, or little something which will bring smile on their face and seeing that you will smile and will not feel that you are alone . Love the audio version!!!!!!

Solitude is by choice. One experiences peace and bliss in this state. The soul that learns to live in this state possibly meets God.

Loneliness is by circumstance. One experiences depression and sadness.

100% agree Parag! It's also one of the things that they recommend to deal with loneliness in the podcast we referenced in our original post - "It is in moments of solitude, when we allow the noise around us to settle, that we can truly reflect, that we can find moments in our life to be grateful for." But to your point, without solitude there is no looking inwards, no connecting with our deeper selves or reaching for that higher source.
