But to your point, without solitude there is no looking inwards, no connecting with our deeper selves or reaching for that higher source.
Solitude is by choice. One experiences peace and bliss in this state. The soul that learns to live in this state possibly meets God.
Loneliness is by circumstance. One experiences depression and sadness.
