Since launching Disco Dialogues (newsletter) and Disco Chats (audio conversations), we have noticed an appetite amongst our community to engage in deeper conversations. Our goal has always been to help people feel connected through community and conversation. So, this November, we are launching intimate gatherings of Disco Chats. These will be small group conversations hosted by Kinnari & Mitali inspired by our posts on Disco Dialogues.
*Please fill out this form if you are interested in joining a Disco Chats session.*
This week we engage in a dialogue with Margi* who contributed to our latest post on friendships. In our conversation we analyze friendships and their impact on our lives, starting from childhood. We discuss how siblings can be a “blueprint for friendships” and talk about the importance of forgiveness and the gift of acceptance in friendships.
*Margi is a budding novelist, mother to two girls and is a friend from Kinnari’s Masi Posse (the friends group that Kinnari references in her post). She has also shared her perspective on love for her family through a guest post on Disco Dialogues.
