“Balance” - everything i love, dislike, tolerate brings me back to this word. I work on balancing the “chalta hai” with the “go go go” inside me. Ensures my cool self stays in balance with the hot & humid :)

Many moons ago, i came up with my Life's Equation (for the micro events anyway)

L=E + iM; where L is Life, E is external stuff that happens over which I have no control, i is stuff (co-efficient correlation :) that happens around me that I can impact & influence and M is ME i.e. what I bring to the table - my good/bad/indifferent traits.

Being honest about the M and how I manage the "i" determines where L takes me while E swirls around!

Works for all negative & positive values of E!

Your question, Mitali tells me that you know when you are off-balance. Therefore, i am almost certain, to get back to balance is also within you. Look for it, you have it. Breathing deeply will always help.
