Couldn’t agree more with both of you. As u know, I’ve had quite the year filled with surgeries and hospitals. It’s been 11 months now and it doesn’t seem to go away. My accident in Norway has caused a lot of pain and constant PT and pain shots and doctor visits. I had started finding myself getting low and wallowing in my misery when I decided to change the narrative. Look at it with a diff perspective. The surgeries were needed. I no longer have the cancer threat, I have a voice now, my injuries from Norway could have been worse. I am alive, cancer free, no broken bones. I listened to my body and universe telling me to really slow down. And I did. Many who know me well may not agree (lol) but for my standard, I have slowed down. Changing our perspective to things makes a big difference to our mental health and well being.

Love this Pooja! Going through all those injuries would make anyone feel low.. but I'm so glad that you listened to your body and did slow down. And to your point of others not agreeing.. it doesn't matter. Some of these shifts we make are subtle but it impacts our internal state in such a profound way!
